How Do You Remove Duct/Gorilla Tape Residue
We've been dealing this week with the necessary removal of Gorilla Tape or Duct Tape on windows, doors and hatches that were applied in pre-Irma storm preparations. If you're in a similar situation of having to remove the sticky residue, try WD-40, Goof-Off or Goo-Gone with a soft rag, and rub the residue in a circular motion. Gorilla Tape recommends mineral spirits for residue removal, and it's also safe for acrylic surfaces on hatches. WD-40 is also safe on acrylic surfaces.
